Great place to crash after a concert!

I had a good time here. The staff was super nice, especially Denise who helped fix a couple of issues for us. The room was decent, felt clean enough but could've used a little TLC. Loved that Shake Shack was right behind the hotel! Just wish the noise from upstairs wasn't so bad during the night.

The place is fairly new and well-maintained, offering a comfortable bed and a decent breakfast. However, the fridge had a foul odor, and the overall cleanliness could improve, especially in the bathroom areas. The ventilation seemed problematic too, but the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great family outing but pricey!

I stayed in a newly remodeled room with my family! The beds were super comfortable and the staff treated us like actual guests instead of just another number.

Yeah, it wasn’t cheap but it still felt acceptable.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with the breakfast service being exceptionally attentive and memorable, as well as the clean facilities available including a fitness center and indoor pool for a refreshing dip.

Everything was spot on.

the air conditioning was a bit noisy. but the bathroom was super clean! loved the delicious seasonal pumpkin spice waffles for breakfast! the gym had great equipment for a solid workout.

During my stay, I loved how close the hotel was to both the Somerset Collection and the lovely Royal Oak Memorial Park, making it easy to stroll through shops and enjoy nature without needing a car. the stylish and comfortable rooms were definitely a plus after a long day of exploration.

The lobby was inviting and clean, making accessibility easy for seniors. The spacious room was well-equipped, with a comfortable sofa perfect for relaxing after a day of shopping and exploring the area.

More accessible seating in the dining area needed.

I had a wonderful time with my family here, especially enjoying the clean pool and the yummy breakfast spread each morning. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, while we relaxed with some drinks in the sun loungers just outside. The only small thing was the A/C could be a bit noisy at times, but it didn't take away from the fun overall! 😊

The Hampton Inn provided a comfortable stay with a clean, modern room equipped with convenient USB charging ports. The amenities, including the fitness center and business center, were well-maintained and met my work needs efficiently. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety, and the staff was attentive during the morning rush, ensuring everything was well-stocked.

The breakfast options could include more protein choices.
